Due to our products being of hygienic nature, we know you'll understand that we can't accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or seal have been broken or tampered with. All sales are final once the products have been opened.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit with proof of purchase. Store credit will be sent to you via a special code which can be redeamed at a later date.
Purchaser is responsible for return postage. Refunds will only be given once items are recived and inspected. Some items may be inelligable for returns or exchanges.

We currently only ship to US domestic locations. We are unable to ship to location outside the United States at this time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page and include the weight of the product with all packaging. Weights listed in this section are not NET WEIGHTS/NET CONTENTS which can be found in the description of individual items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full once.
Bird's Creations is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products once they have been recieved by the carrier. Shipping inurances may be available for an additional cost. If you would like to add additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order. Once your order is placed, we cannot add insurance.
Shipping times are an estimate. Please note: if you purchase an item that is on pre-order, your entire order will ship the date the item becomes available. If multiple pre-orders are purchased, all items will ship once all are available.
Delays in shipping once received by the carrier are beyond our control. If the carrier has received your package and it is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
Please ensure your address is correct vwith accurate information. Orders placed with incorrect addresses may be subject to being lost or returned to sender. If you made an error on your address please contact us immediately. Once your order is fulfilled we cannot change the address. Purchaser will be responsible for additional shipping charges for orders that are Returned to Sender.
